We stand behind the quality of our LiberNovo Omni and offer a comprehensive warranty. This warranty policy explains our warranty and the warranty claim process.

Warranty period:
Chair frame (excluding electronic components): 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Electronic Components (battery, actuator, wiring): 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty period:It begins from the date of purchase, which can be verified on your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or order number).If you purchase through crowdfunding (e.g. Makuake), the count begins from the date you receive the product. The date you receive the product can be confirmed on the delivery slip or receipt provided by you.

Warranty CoverageIf a quality problem occurs due to non-human causes (e.g. manufacturing defects) under normal use, we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge.Parts: If any parts, including the base, seat with armrests, back support bar, backrest, gas cylinder, or headrest, are defective within the warranty period, we will:Replacement parts will be shipped directly to you free of charge.We provide step-by-step videos to help you replace parts easily and efficiently.
Items not covered by the warranty

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading of fabric, minor scratches).

Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or failure to follow assembly or usage instructions.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (e.g. prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity or corrosive environments).

Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, floods, fires).

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Defects after the warranty period has expired (however, paid repair services are available).
Warranty claim procedure

Warranty claim: Please contact customer support (japan_service@libernovo.com) with your order number, proof of purchase, details of the problem, and photos or videos of the problem area.

Evaluation: Once you contact us, we will determine if your case is covered within a maximum of five business days.

If your product is deemed to be covered under the warranty, we will take one of the following actions at our discretion:

Free repair

Replacement of parts or equivalent products

If repair or replacement is not possible, a pro rata refund will be given based on the age of the product.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days after it is placed.
It may take around 7 days to deliver to Okinawa, Hokkaido, remote islands and other remote areas.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day. (Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.)
Please note that if a natural disaster or bad weather affects delivery, it may take a few more days for your order to be delivered.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of the order date, please contact customer support (excluding special holiday periods).
Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, property damage).

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties (e.g., merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the warranty period.
