Returns & Refunds
If the product is not defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, but the return shipping costs will be split equally (50% for you and 50% for us). Warranty Information
LiberNovo Omni offers a 5-year limited warranty on the chair frame (excluding electronic components) and a 2-year limited warranty on electronic components (battery, actuator, and wiring). The warranty period begins from the date of purchase (verify with proof of purchase). Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance of your LiberNovo Omni is essential to ensure its long-lasting comfort. Featuring innovative technologies and materials such as the FlexFit backrest that mimics human movement, the ErgoPulse motor system, and micro-linen-like elastic, Omni requires special care to maintain its quality and functionality. Follow the instructions below to keep it in top condition.
Base, frame, armrest
Regular cleaning
The aluminum or plastic base, frame and armrests can be cleaned with a soft cloth lightly dampened with warm water and a mild detergent.
Wipe off the detergent thoroughly with a clean, slightly damp cloth, then immediately dry with a soft cloth to avoid leaving any water marks.
Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals as they may damage the surface.
Micro linen-like stretch fabric and multi-density cushioning
Regular cleaning
Vacuum the upholstery surfaces (seat, back, and headrest) weekly with a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. Regular cleaning will reduce the need for extensive maintenance.
Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a roller brush or scrub the fabric as this can damage the texture of the micro linen and change its appearance.
Partial stain removal
Immediate action: Immediately blot the stain with a soft, absorbent cloth, gently pressing it against the surface to prevent the stain from setting. Never rub the stain, as this can cause it to spread and damage the fabric.
Water-based stains (e.g. coffee, soft drinks, juice):
Use a water-based cleaner designed for upholstery, or warm water with a small amount of mild detergent (be careful not to make the detergent too strong), and a lightly damp cloth or sponge.
Lightly lather the detergent and gently wipe the stained area.
Wipe away any remaining detergent with a clean cloth lightly dampened with cold water. Do not use hot water, as this may set the stain.
Gently pat with a clean cloth to absorb any excess moisture and allow to air dry completely.
Oily stains (e.g. oil, cosmetics):
Use a dry cleaning detergent designed for fabrics and a lightly damp cloth or sponge. Test first in an inconspicuous area to ensure no discoloration or damage occurs.
Apply the detergent by tapping quickly and gently from the outside to the inside of the stain to avoid spreading the stain.
Wipe off excess detergent with a clean, lightly damp cloth and then dry with a soft cloth.
Caution: Too much water can damage the fabric and cushions, so use minimal liquid and avoid rubbing too hard.
Stubborn stains: If the above methods do not remove the stain, please take it to a professional upholstery cleaner.

To keep your wheels rolling smoothly, check them monthly for dirt, hair, and dust buildup and wipe them clean with a small brush or warm, detergent-free water.

ErgoPulse motor system and SyncroLink mechanism
Regular inspection:
Once every three months, check that the motorized lumbar support and reclining function (105°-160°) are operating smoothly. If they are stiff or you hear an unusual noise, please contact customer support.
Battery Care: For models with batteries, charge according to the instructions in your user manual. Avoid extreme cold or heat, as this can affect battery performance.
StaySync Footrest (Optional)
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe dry thoroughly to remove water marks. Check screws and connections every three months for looseness. Tighten them with the included tool if necessary, or seek customer service assistance.
