The right chair provides comfort and reduces strain on the body, so it's important to take your measurements as accurately as possible. Important measurements are seat depth and shoulder height. Additional information, such as height and weight, can be helpful .

The LiberNovo Omni is the world's first dynamic ergonomic chair. Featuring a FlexFit backrest that mimics human movement and chip-controlled dynamic support, it's battery-powered and instantly adjusts to optimize comfort for each individual. While the Herman Miller Aeron uses a static mesh design, the Steelcase Leap offers manual lumbar adjustment, and the Humanscale Freedom offers a simpler auto-recline feature, the Omni automatically adapts to your movements, providing a more flexible and comfortable seating experience.
The LiberNovo Omni is equipped with an innovative dynamic support system and ErgoPulse motor system, designed to provide a healthier and more comfortable sitting experience by instantly supporting your body as you change positions, stretch, or recline up to 160 degrees, thanks to the motorized lumbar support.
In addition, the FlexFit Backrest, which consists of 16 precise pivot points and eight flexible panels, mimics human movement and smoothly conforms to the natural S-curve of the spine, filling in any gaps and reducing strain on the body.
In addition, the 6-link system seamlessly connects the headrest, backrest, armrests, and seat, providing ideal support for your body in any position, without the need for manual adjustments.
The LiberNovo Omni is equipped with a 2200mAh 12V battery. While battery life varies depending on frequency of use, a full charge can last up to 30 days if you use the full traction and stretch functions once a day, or up to one year if you only use the motor adjustment button about three times a day. The battery powers the chip-controlled dynamic support and massage functions. Since frequent charging is not required, it's ideal for long-term use in the office or at home.
The LiberNovo Omni features a tip-driven electric massage function that moves the backrest up to 50mm deep, stretching the spine and thoroughly relieving back tension. Unlike the static support offered by Herman Miller and Humanscale, the Omni's massage function allows you to enjoy the relaxing effects of a luxury massage chair while you rest.
Absolutely. The LiberNovo Omni is designed for extended periods of sitting. Dynamic support encourages micro-movements and reduces fatigue caused by static sitting. The seat is zoned with three different firmness levels (firmer in the back for sit bone support, softer in the front to relieve pressure on the legs) to improve circulation. It offers the same level of comfort as the Steelcase Leap, but with smarter dynamic adjustments.
The LiberNovo Omni features a FlexFit backrest that mimics human movement and a three-layer structure (a skin-friendly elastic layer, a pressure-dispersing sponge layer, and eight aerospace-grade flexible panels) for soft, deep support. This is similar to the pixelated structure of the Herman Miller Embody, but more dynamic. The headrest, featuring moisture-wicking sponge, supports a weight capacity of 5kg, is highly breathable and comfortable, surpassing the Aeron's fixed headrest. Additionally, users report that the Omni's seat is thicker than the Aeron's, making it ideal for those who prefer a softer seating experience.
Yes, the LiberNovo Omni effectively relieves lower back pain. The FlexFit backrest (16 precise pivot points and 8 flexible panels) mimics the natural S-curve of your spine, while the Dynamic Support System and ErgoPulse motorized lumbar support instantly adapt to your movements, reducing the strain of sitting for long periods of time. Additionally, the zoned seating distributes pressure on your sit bones and legs to prevent discomfort.
The LiberNovo Omni is easy to assemble using only the included tools, taking about 15-20 minutes, roughly the same time as the Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Gesture.
In addition to the easy-to-follow instructions, we also provide an online assembly guide, so please make use of it.
The LiberNovo Omni is suitable for people between 158cm and 190cm tall and weighing up to 136kg. Its automatic, dynamic adjustment allows it to accommodate a variety of body types, similar to the multiple size options of the Herman Miller Aeron. Note: The Omni is ergonomically designed to best suit people under 190cm tall. Therefore, it may not be fully suitable for people taller than 190cm tall.
The LiberNovo Omni is available with optional footrests in two different heights: 8.8cm for those 170-190cm tall, and 13.5cm for those 158-169cm tall. These are designed to match the 75cm height of fixed desks common in Asia, and are intended to stabilize your sitting posture. Similar to the Humanscale footrest accessory, the Omni footrest can be adjusted to your preferred height.
The LiberNovo Omni features an innovative micro-linen-like stretch material and a skin-friendly stretch layer for excellent breathability. This, combined with a soft pressure-relieving sponge, effectively releases heat and moisture, keeping you cool and comfortable even when sitting for long periods of time. Whether you're working or taking a break, the Omni will keep you comfortable all day long.
The LiberNovo Omni's armrests are made of high-quality sponge, which is thick, soft, and durable, supporting your arms without deformation. Compared to the Steelcase Gesture's adjustable armrests, the Omni's armrests prioritize a softer feel, making them ideal for long-term use.
The LiberNovo Omni features silent wheels that glide smoothly across a variety of floor surfaces without scratching or making noise, on par with Steelcase's high-quality wheel sets, allowing for easy mobility at home or in the office without disrupting your work.
The LiberNovo Omni's recline angle can be adjusted in four stages from 105° to 160°. It's suitable for working, gaming, relaxing, and more. Compared to the Humanscale Freedom automatic recline, the Omni is more versatile.
The LiberNovo Omni complies with BIFMA safety standards and has undergone rigorous simulation, durability, and pressure testing to ensure long-term reliability. The frame is constructed from high-strength materials, and the motor system can support up to 136 kg.
Absolutely. The LiberNovo Omni's modern design and comfortable seating make it ideal for both home and professional workspaces. Its sleek design, featuring silent wheels, rivals premium office chairs from Herman Miller and Steelcase, combining practicality with aesthetics.

Proper care and maintenance of your LiberNovo Omni is essential to ensure its long-lasting comfort. Featuring innovative technologies and materials such as the FlexFit backrest that mimics human movement, the ErgoPulse motor system, and micro-linen-like elastic, Omni requires special care to maintain its quality and functionality. Follow the instructions below to keep it in top condition.

Base, frame, armrest
Regular cleaning
The aluminum or plastic base, frame and armrests can be cleaned with a soft cloth lightly dampened with warm water and a mild detergent.
Wipe off the detergent thoroughly with a clean, slightly damp cloth, then immediately dry with a soft cloth to avoid leaving any water marks.
Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals as they may damage the surface.

Micro linen-like stretch fabric and multi-density cushioning
Regular cleaning
Vacuum the upholstery surfaces (seat, back, and headrest) weekly with a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. Regular cleaning will reduce the need for extensive maintenance.
Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a roller brush or scrub the fabric as this can damage the texture of the micro linen and change its appearance.

Partial stain removal
Immediate action: Immediately blot the stain with a soft, absorbent cloth, gently pressing it against the surface to prevent the stain from setting. Never rub the stain, as this can cause it to spread and damage the fabric.

Water-based stains (e.g. coffee, soft drinks, juice):
Use a water-based cleaner designed for upholstery, or warm water with a small amount of mild detergent (be careful not to make the detergent too strong), and a lightly damp cloth or sponge.
Lightly lather the detergent and gently wipe the stained area.
Wipe away any remaining detergent with a clean cloth lightly dampened with cold water. Do not use hot water, as this may set the stain.
Gently pat with a clean cloth to absorb any excess moisture and allow to air dry completely.

Oily stains (e.g. oil, cosmetics):
Use a dry cleaning detergent designed for fabrics and a lightly damp cloth or sponge. Test first in an inconspicuous area to ensure no discoloration or damage occurs.
Apply the detergent by tapping quickly and gently from the outside to the inside of the stain to avoid spreading the stain.
Wipe off excess detergent with a clean, lightly damp cloth and then dry with a soft cloth.
Caution: Too much water can damage the fabric and cushions, so use minimal liquid and avoid rubbing too hard.
Stubborn stains: If the above methods do not remove the stain, please take it to a professional upholstery cleaner.

caster
To keep your wheels rolling smoothly, check them monthly for dirt, hair, and dust buildup and wipe them clean with a small brush or warm, detergent-free water.
To maintain mobility and protect your floors, replace any worn or damaged casters. Contact us at japan_service@libernovo.com for replacement parts.

ErgoPulse motor system and SyncroLink mechanism
Regular inspection:
Once every three months, check that the motorized lumbar support and reclining function (105°-160°) are operating smoothly. If they are stiff or you hear an unusual noise, please contact customer support.
Battery Care: For models with batteries, charge according to the instructions in your user manual. Avoid extreme cold or heat, as this can affect battery performance.

StaySync Footrest (Optional)
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe dry thoroughly to remove water marks. Check screws and connections every three months for looseness. Tighten them with the included tool if necessary, or seek customer service assistance.

General notes
Usage environment: To prevent mold and mildew, use in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Regular Adjustments: To maintain effective ergonomics, regularly adjust the headrest, armrests, seat height and lumbar support settings. Consult your user manual for optimal settings.
For extensive soiling: To avoid damaging the high-quality materials of your LiberNovo Omni, have the cleaning service professionally clean your furniture.
